Описывается необходимость развития и улучшения Школы Модераторов как базы для создания новых
«помощников» преподавательского состава и развития творческих, лидерских и психологических
навыков студентов-старшекурсников. В качестве доказательной базы приведён опыт работы программы как в очном, так и в дистанционном формате посредством создания онлайн-платформы
для проведения занятий. Также проведён анализ целей, задач и результатов работы модераторов
на основе отзывов обучающихся и личном опыте организаторов. This article examines the role of the moderator of the educational program «The core of TSU». The article
describes the need for the development and improvement of «The School of Moderators» as a basis
for the education of new "assistants" of the teaching staff of The Core and the development of creative,
leadership and psychological skills of senior students. The experience of the program both in classroom
and in online format through the creation of an online platform became the evidence base of the article.
An analysis of the goals, objectives and results of the work of the moderators was also carried out based
on the responses of the students and the personal experience of the organizers of the School.
