The equipment for texture of magnetic materials was made. It consists from permanent magnet, electric motor and ultrasonic plate. The samples with magnetic texture were obtained. The electromagnetic properties of Z–hexaferrities composites were measured from 0.01 till 20 GHz range. It was show, those imaginary permeability composites with texture 1.5 times more that of an isotropic samples.
