Т. 1 : сборник научных трудов XVIII Международной конференции студентов, аспирантов и молодых ученых, 27–30 апреля 2021 г Т. 1 : Физика. С. 88-90Abstract: This work presents a study of the composition and structure of SHS-TiNi surface layers obtained under different initial conditions. It was established by the GIXRD method that the effect of reaction gases in small porous SHS-TiNi samples is minimal; therefore, the volume fraction of the surface oxycarbonitride Ti4Ni2O (C, N) layer is much lower. In the large-porous samples of SHS-TiNi, the amorphous-nanocrystalline oxycarbonitride phase Ti4Ni2O (C, N) is the main phase of the surface layers of large granules with a degree of crystallinity up to 70 %. It was found in large-porous SHS-TiNi samples that the Ti4Ni2O(C, N) phase is the main phase of the surface layers o f large granules. The presence of glass and cermet phases was found in small porous samples: NiSi2, NaAlSiO(SO4), SiO2, MgSi2, CaCO3.
