С. 142-143Abstract: A process for the selective determination of tryptophan and 5-hydroxytryptophan by the method of cathodic stripping voltammetry on a graphite electrode modified with polypholic acid is proposed. These substances do not interfere with mutual determination and have different oxidation potentials. The minimum detectable concentration is 1∙10-7 mol/dm3.
