Вып. 10 : материалы X Всероссийской конференции с международным участием, 27 ноября - 30 ноября 2018 года Вып. 10. С. 277-281Abstract: The area of study is located in the northern part of the Kharaulakh segment (anticlinorium) of the West-Verkhoyansk sector of the Verkhoyansk fold-thrust belt, which is a deformed passive margin of the Siberian paleocontinent. The Upper Paleozoic and Triassic deposits are represented here by interbedded sandstones, aleurolites and shales, and this is the area of development of the terrigenous Verkhoyansk complex. The structure of the region was considered in a number of papers, but the change in the kinematic characteristics of faults in the reversal zone of regional structures was not discussed in detail. The main objective of this study was to study the structure and reconstruction of stress fields for the reconstruction of the structural evolution of the northern part of the Kharaulakh anticlinorium. This article is based on the materials collected during the field work in the summer of 2018 in the lower reaches of the river Danil. The main results of the research can be combined in two conclusions: 1. The presence of compression and extension conditions is established, and in the compression setting left shift movements also occurred. 2. According to indirect data, the compression setting was earlier which is characteristic for Mesozoic folding, while the extension setting was younger and was characterized by the inversion of the orientation of the compression and extension axes favoring the formation of rifts in the Eocene.
