Затрагивается вопрос о влиянии естественного правосознания на свободный выбор человека в следовании внешним правилам поведения – праву,
а также причины востребованности его идей у современников. The article analyzes the way of development of post-revolutionary Russia proposed by
I.A. Ilyin through the development of natural sense of conscience of law, the essence of
conscience of law by I. A. Ilyin and two aspects of its manifestation. The article addresses
the issue of natural conscience of law influence on free choice of person in
terms of external rules of conduct – law, as well as reasons for the demand among his
contemporaries. Along with this, analyzes the attitude of contemporaries I. A. Ilyin to
conscience of law and the link between the revolution and the undeveloped conscience
of law. The article investigates the development of conscience of law through the spiritual
path of self-development proposed by I. A. Ilyin.
