The task of training modern highly qualifi ed personnel requires the formation of more eff ective formats of interaction between universities and high-tech businesses based on mutual interest and usefulness. The advanced experience of successful interaction with production partners of TUSUR research entrepreneurial university as an industrial and regional leader in training competitive personnel is presented.
