С. 328-330Abstract: In this work, samples of TiNi alloy after electron-beam surface alloying with tantalum and silicon are investigated. It was found that this treatment leads to the formation of a nanocomposite oxide layer on the surface of the TiNi samples, which includes a mixture of TiO2, Ta2O5, NiO, and SiO2 phases, and an increase in their corrosion resistance in a biochemical environment.
