С. 55-57Abstract: The results of ab initio study of influence of spin-orbit coupling and magnetism on electronic structure of GdIr2Si2 are presented in this work. Our electronic band structure calculations have explained differences for surface electronic structure for two magnetic moments orientation. The cubic Rashba effect are shown presented for surface state at M point. The differences between GdIr2Si2 surface electronic structure and the one of compounds of the same family was explained as result of atomic composition.
