С. 52-54Abstract: The paper presents the results of structural studies ofpowder intermetallic titanium nickelide (TiNi) by transmission microscopy. Three types of structural states of TiNi powder particles are described. Spongy particles form the basis of the powder and have a fine crystalline structure based on the TiNi compound. Compact particles are enriched with both titanium and nickel, according to the state diagram of the Ti - Ni system. The noted structural features are formed during various influences when creating a powder alloy by calcium hydride reduction.
