(ДОУ) была обследована автором. The article is devoted to the problem of organization of document circulation in state institutions of the Russian Federation. The author demonstrated the relevance of innovation
in the sphere of public administration. Particular attention in the article is given
to one of the solutions - the electronic document management system (EDS). The problems
faced by organizations are considered when implementing an EDS. An example of
a concrete state institution of OGSU "Tomskles", whose system of documentary management
support (DOW) was examined by the author, is given.
