Представлены результаты мониторингового исследования
ведущих исследовательских университетов проекта «5-100» в период
2014–2017 гг. Формирование англоязычной языковой среды университета
рассматривается в работе как базовая составляющая реализации программы повышения конкурентоспособности вуза. Приведены результаты
оценки изменений, происходящих в университетах проекта «5-100», выделены эффективные образовательные и управленческие практики. Зафиксировано, что развитие англоязычной среды университетов происходит через продвижение вузов в международных предметных рейтингах;
членство в профессиональных ассоциациях и получение международных
научных грантов. Сделаны выводы об использовании программного и
проектного подходов в организации и развитии англоязычной среды
Abstract. The article presents the results of a monitoring study of leading research
Russian universities participating in the Russian Academic Excellence
Project (Project 5-100) in the period of 2014-2017. The formation of the English
speaking environment at the University is regarded as a basic component of
the implementation of the program to improve the competitiveness of the University.
The results of the evaluation of developments in universities project 5 -
100 and effective educational and managerial practices are given. It is stated
that the development of the English speaking environment is going through the
promotion of universities in the international subject rankings, their membership
in professional associations and getting international research grants. Conclusions
on the use of program and project approaches in the organization and
development of the English speaking environment are made.
