Т. 2 : сборник научных трудов XV Международной конференции студентов, аспирантов и молодых ученых, 24–27 апреля 2018 г Т. 2 : Химия. С. 126-128Abstract: The article presents the results of synthesis and studies of the physico-chemical properties of biomaterials based on oxide system SiOr-P20r-CaO-MgO. Solution with different contents of calcium and magnesium were prepared by the sol-gel method. Tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS), phosphoric acid (H3PO4), calcium nitrate (Ca(N0s)2'4H20) and magnesium nitrate (Mg(N03)2'6H20) in ethanol (C2H5OH) were used for preparation of solution. Viscosity of the solutions was 1,72-1,82 mm^/s on the first day. Powder X-ray diffraction showed at 800°C in the samples fixed phases quartz Si02, whitlockite (Ca2_5g9Mgo_4n) (PO f 2^ f-cristobalite high Si02, stanfieldite MgsCas(P04)4. Chemical bonds in the powders were identified by IR spectroscopy. The surface of the powders and chemical composition was investigated by SEM and EPMA.
