The authors propose to define notion of criminality of entrepreneurs as complex of crimes, related to entrepreneurial production and management, committed by indi-viduals, who are seized of certain resources, and have certain powers in business and rights to make decisions at certain level at the enterprise, committed within specific territory during certain period of time. It is defined the situation and structure of criminality of entrepreneurs from 2014 to 2018, it is exposed its reasons and the authors suggest precise measures of its prevention.
