development of entrepreneurial thinking among students, teachers, and the university
staff. To solve this, we need a new innovative environment in the university. Russia
faces big challenges because of the transition to the knowledge society that determines
the priorities for the country's scientific and technological development. The University
also responds to these challenges. TSU pays a contribution to the welfare of the territory
where the university is located.
