Представлен лингвокультурологический анализ динамики констант немецкоязычного ареала (Австрии, Германии, Швейцарии). Феномен идентичности трактуется как исходная площадка для выявления ценностной матрицы немецкоязычного ареала, установления лингвокультурных констант немецкоязычных стран и описания их в динамике на материале трансальпийского политического подкастинга „Servus. Grüezi. Hallo“. Описываются ключевые константы Австрии: нейтралитет и искусство, Германии: экология и демократия, Швейцарии: референдум, отдых и природа. The aim of the article is to analyze the dynamics of the linguocultural constants of the German-speaking area (Austria, Germany, Switzerland). The establishment, development and consolidation of linguistic and cultural constants in society are influenced by historical and relevant processes and traditions reflected in the language. The study substantiates that the representatives of the countries of the German-speaking area have a dual identity – national and European. For the Austrian identity, neutrality and arts are of fundamental importance; for the Swiss, independence and freedom are important; for the German, it is democracy and ecology. The identified constants find their convincing confirmation in modern radio discourse. The material of the study is the audio files of the German-speaking transalpine political podcast Zeit Online. In the Servus. Grüezi. Hallo podcast, topics of political and sociocultural life in Austria, Germany, Switzerland are presented. A total of 96 podcasts in German were analyzed. The basis of the study is linguoculturological methods and techniques for the study and description of concepts. Semantic-stylistic and contextual analysis, as well as a quantitative calculation method, were also used. German, Austrian and Swiss linguocultural constants were determined based on the analysis. The content of podcast constants revealed the basic constants of the German-speaking space: a state based on legality, prosperity, nature / Alps, ecology / environmental protection, art / traditions, religion, physical education, patriotism, education, etc. The definition of the marked constants allowed concluding that these linguistic cultures have key values that reflect the general national and cultural themes of the German-speaking area. In conclusion, the values common to the German-speaking area are realized with different realities. These realities are fixed in the language and characterize the national specifics of each sociocultural group separately: environmental friendliness for German linguistic culture, imagination/creativity for Austrian linguistic culture, and peace for Swiss linguistic culture. In the Austrian national-cultural space, neutrality and art dominate; in the German one, it is coalition and ecology; in the Swiss one, it is referendum, rest and nature. All the found constants are closely correlated within the German-speaking space and form the basis of the picture of the world of the German-speaking linguistic culture. Humanity and solidarity, neutrality and creativity, independence and order are the prevailing components of the German-speaking linguistic culture.
