It is well known and used in traditional Chinese, Tibetan and Mongolian medicine for the treatment of many diseases. Aconitum barbatum is a rare species. The callus culture was obtained from Aconitum barbatum Patr. ex Pers. which is a very rich source of biologically active substances. The optimal conditions for cultivation and chemical analysis were selected for this culture. Chemical analysis showed the presence ofphenolic compounds in callus culture of Aconitum barbatum.

It is well known and used in traditional Chinese, Tibetan and Mongolian medicine for the treatment of many diseases. Aconitum barbatum is a rare species. The callus culture was obtained from Aconitum barbatum Patr. ex Pers. which is a very rich source of biologically active substances.
