В статье обосновывается необходимость широкого применения Европейского языкового портфеля (ЕЯП) на Факультетах иностранных языков с целью совершенствования речевых навыков студентов, а также корректировки методики преподавания в связи с увеличением значимости самостоятельной работы в условиях смешанного и онлайн формата обучения. Приводятся результаты исследования по внедрению новой концепции электронного Европейского языкового портфеля в LMS Moodle, а также оценивается потенциал предполагаемой модели ЕЯП не только как средства рефлексивного обучения, но и как инструмента, позволяющего организовать сбор данных для исследования динамики становления и развития характеристик учебного (искусственного) позднего билингвизма у обучающихся. The article substantiates the need for a wide application of the European Language Portfolio (ELP) at the Faculties of Foreign Languages in order to improve the speech skills of students, as well as to adjust the teaching methods in connection with the increasing importance of independent work in the conditions of blended and online learning. The article presents the results of a study on the implementation of a new concept of the electronic European Language Portfolio in LMS Moodle, and also assesses the potential of the proposed model of the ELP not only as a means of reflexive learning, but also as a tool for organizing data collection to study the dynamics of the formation and development of the characteristics of educational (artificial) late bilingualism in students.
