The frequency dependences of the relative changes in the dielectric constant of a filament for a 3D printer measured at an open resonator are presented for 1-3% nanotube concentrations in the acrylonitrile butadiene styrene in the range of 8-14 GHz. By the quasioptical method, the relative changes in the dielectric constant in the range 115-258 GHz were measured.
