The methods of porisation and hydrophobization of these materials are considered by introducing low molecular weight fluoropolymers in supercritical CO2 into the pores and creating polymer coatings of nanoscale thickness, which provides more complex composites with additional functionality. The microwave synthesis of porous heat-insulating materials and their use in modern technology are considered.
