С. 59-61Abstract: A simple, express and inexpensive method for determination of Quinoline Yellow (E104), Sunset Yellow FCF (E110), Ponceau 4R (E124), Patent Blue V (E131) and Brilliant Blue FCF (E133) is proposed. The method is based on extraction of synthetic colors into polymetacrylate matrix and following measurement of the solid-phase absorption. In the work, the optimal conditions for the extraction of dyes into polymetacrylate matrix (pH, extraction time) were selected. The method was applied to the determination of these compounds in samples of confectionary products
