С. 59-61Abstract: A simple, express and inexpensive method for determination of Quinoline Yellow (E104), Sunset Yellow FCF (E110), Ponceau 4R (E124), Patent Blue V (E131) and Brilliant Blue FCF (E133) is proposed. The method is based on extraction of synthetic colors into polymetacrylate matrix and following measurement of the solid-phase absorption. In the work, the optimal conditions for the extraction of dyes into polymetacrylate matrix (pH, extraction time) were selected.
