С. 68-70Abstract: The impact of the processes occurring within the framework of Industry 4.0 on the socio-economic development of territories leads to a rethinking of the role of human capital. At the same time, for effective management of human capital and its accumulation, system researches of the factors that affect this process are necessary. In order to solve this problem, the study formed a factor model of the territory’s human capital accumulation in the context of global challenges and responses to them. The generated model was designed to reflect the system of factors, as well as the nature of their impact and relationships. It should be noted that this study does not set out the task of describing each factor in detail, since this issue requires separate consideration.
