С. 150-152Abstract: The study of the financial market profile of the region is relevant, first of al, for the Central Bank as a regulatory institution in order to classify regions and develop regional monetary and financial policy. Secondly, it is relevant to financial organizations to developing and ofering financial products (this wil alow them to control the supply of financial products and services). In this research we have identified the main elements of the financial market and their atribute that form the profile of the financial market, analyzed some of the char- acteristics on the example of Tomsk region, conclusions about the prospects for the development of this study in other regions for comparison and clustering at the level of the whole country.
