Сегодня в рамках Интернета Вещей отмечена тенденция к использованию голосовых и жестовых пользовательских интерфейсов. Инновационные способы коммуникации человека с технологиями требуют анализа
текущей трансформации. Проведенный нами анализ исследований в области Интернета Вещей показал их техническую направленность, исследований же гуманитарного характера, направленных на выявление рефлексии пользователей – единицы. В имеющихся научных трудах отмечена
тенденция к положительному восприятию самой концепции Интернета
Вещей и были выявлены проблемы с юзабилити. Today, within the Internet of Things, there is a tendency to use voice and gesture
user interfaces. Innovative ways of human communication with technology
require an analysis of the current transformation. Our analysis of research in
the field of the Internet of Things showed their technical orientation, while research
of a humanitarian nature aimed at revealing the reflection of users is
only one. In the existing scientific works there is a tendency towards a positive
perception of the very concept of the Internet of Things and problems with usability
were identified.
