[Т. 2] : материалы Международной научной конференции, 22-25 мая 2019 г Т. 2. С. 67-68Abstract: Nonmetallic inorganic coatings on aluminum and titanium alloys were produced by using microplasma oxidation method. The electrolytes for microplasma oxidation method were modified by ions of transition metals (Fe, Co, Ni, Mn) to provide radio-absorbing properties in infrared area. X-ray diffraction data confirm the presence of nanoscale metallic phases, as well as ferrites. The measured reflection coefficient in the wavelength range from 1,5–22,5 mkm is not more than 60 %.
