этнографов, историков и антропологов исследуются основные факторы,
оказывающие влияние на формирование и развитие индивидуальности у
чукчей. This article examines one of the indigenous and scanty peoples of the North – East of
Siberia-The Chukchi, and namely the individuality of Chukchi. The article deals with
the problem of personality of "primitive peoples" in world science, the reasons and
essence of the uniqueness of the Chukchi ethnos. Based on the analysis of works of the
ethnographers, historians and anthropologists, the main factors influencing on the formation
and development of Chukchi's individuality are investigated.
