торые предъявляются к оформлению письменных и электронных обращений, раскрывается порядок личного приема граждан. Приводятся статистические данные о количестве обращений, поступивших в Избирательную комиссию Томской области. На основе информации, размещенной на
сайтах избирательных комиссий субъектов Сибирского федерального
округа, проводится сравнительный анализ по количеству обращений. The article examines the organization of the work with citizens' appeals in the Election
Commission of the Tomsk Region. The types of applications that are received by the
state body are considered. The requirements that apply to the design of written and
electronic appeals are considered in the Election Commission of the Tomsk Region.
The author reveals the procedure for personal reception of citizens. There are cases of
refusal to consider appeals. Statistical data on the number of received appeals to the
Election Commission of the Tomsk Region are given. Based on information posted on
the websites of Election Commissions of the subjects of the Siberian Federal District, a
comparative analysis of these regions on the number of appeals is performed. The author
describes the importance of the work with citizens' appeals.
