[Т. 1] : материалы Международной научной конференции, 22-25 мая 2019 г Т. 1. С. 102-104Abstract: In this work, the samples based on yttrium oxide, doped by europium ions, prepared by self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHTS) method and industrial method were studied. Dispersion of solid-phase samples, specific surface and porosity of the samples were determined. Morphology and composition of the samples were determined using SEM method. Acid-base surface state of the samples was defined by different methods. Excitation and photoluminescence spectra of the samples were obtained. Comparison of photoluminescence intensity of the samples synthesized by SHTS method and the change nature of the acid-base properties of these samples indicates an increase in the intensity and basicity of Y2O3:Eu3+ surface with increasing annealing time.
