P. 111-118Abstract: work was carried out for purposes of geoktgical engineering survey, to create of a for quick calciilaiion of the depth of seasonally frozen soil layers in Western. The rc.search consisted three .stages: I) the climatic zoning - composing maps of bt *um of the absolute values average monthly negative temperatures; 2) development database for the calculation of normative depth soil freezing; i) mapping of the Ihvtvcd maximum depth soil freezing. input data have served regulations acting in the Rus.sian Federation [8, 9], the data I average monthly air temperature and daily mean temperature of the soil at the leorological stations in Western Siberia 110], At all stages of the research data IMorcd and processed in the ArcGlS (geodalabasc). The main tools of spatial analysis fved interpolation (weighted by the inverse distance IDW), the creation of ts and the construction of Thicssen polygons. Ibcsufi. have been constructed maps of normative depth freezing of clayey soils, the ual maximum depth soil freezing and map their relation.
