Т. 1 : сборник научных трудов XV Международной конференции студентов, аспирантов и молодых ученых, 24-27 апреля 2018 г Т. 1 : Физика. С. 232-234Abstract: The paper presents the transmission electron microscope investigations of the heat-resisting Ni-Al alloy structure modified by different elements, in particular, rhenium and ruthenium in the amount of ~4 at.%. The alloy is investigated after 1000°C annealing during 118 and 572 h. Investigations show that independent from the annealing duration, the main phases in the alloy are у and у-phases. The increase in the annealing time results in the destruction of the cuboidal structure of material. The process of phase recrystallization occurring at a time, is accompanied by the formation of new phases, namely S-phase (AfTasRu), Laves phase (Ta3NifTr2Co) and <j-phase (Ni,Co,Al,Re)^(Cr,Mo,Ta,W)y.
