С. 349-351Abstract: In the present study, aptamer layer on the surface of golden electrode was characterized by electrochemical and microscopic methods. Island-like structure of the layer was shown. It was proved that after aptamer immobilization on the solid surface, it is still able to specifically bind tumor marker for lung cancer.
